  • Do you accept insurance?

    Donna P. Eduardo, M.S., CCC-SLP, PC does not accept insurance. Services provided are out-of-network. However, you will be provided with invoices and super bills on the first of the following month for the previous month’s sessions.

  • Do you offer sliding scale rates?

    Yes. A sliding scale is offered to those families who qualify. Please contact Donna for more information regarding the sliding scale rate for services offered.

  • Do you provide at home or at school sessions?

    No. At this time, services are only provided at the office location of 16 School Street in Rye, NY.

  • Do you provide teletherapy (virtual sessions)?

    Yes. Teletherapy sessions are provided to clients who are typically older. Teletherapy sessions are not appropriate for all children. Please contact Donna for more information.

  • How long is a consultation?

    A consultation is typically between 45 -60 minutes in the office. You and your child will have one hour to meet with Donna to discuss concerns and come up with a plan together.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Typically, sessions are 30 minutes long however 45 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. Longer sessions are not appropriate for all children. Longer sessions are not recommended for younger children. Please contact Donna for more information regarding what is appropriate for your child.

  • Do you provide evaluations?

    Yes. Evaluations are able to be completed in the office. It may take more than one session to complete depending upon your child’s age and the assessments determined appropriate for your child to be completed.

  • Can parents sit in the sesssions?

    Yes. Absolutely! Parents and caregivers are encouraged to sit in the sessions if they would like. However, this is not mandatory, and parents and caregivers do whatever is best for their child. This can be furthered discussed with Donna to determine what is best for your child.

  • Do you collaborate with other professionals?

    Yes. Collaborating with parents, teachers, other therapists, etc is key to a child’s success. Phone calls, zoom meetings, in person meetings can all be a part of a child’s plan.
